milk & acne

while doing deliveries today i got to make stops at two places that definitely topped the charts - Milk Studios and the Acne showroom.

i've been wanting to wander into Milk Studios ever since i heard about it a couple of years ago. its located in the meat-packing district which is right along the hudson river above west 14th and known as "manhattans most fashionable neighborhood". while its very industrial looking it has boutiques, models, and gallerys on every street. while the exterior of most buildings (this goes for the majority in manhattan) arent extremely attractive, the minute i walked into Milk i was blown away. i cant even begin to explain how incredible the finish-out was of each floor.

my second stop of the day was at the Acne showroom. it was one of the top floors and the elevator opened up to one large room surrounded by windows viewing the hudson river. i wanted to grab a rack or two of clothes surrounding the elevator on the way out but i opted not to.
