documentary: food, inc.

what an eye-opening documentary! i never realized what incredible leverage food industries had on our economy. this film is extremely informative and really interesting - especially if you went into it knowing nothing about the modern food industry. the narrator, michael pollan is soft spoken, yet direct, and seems to present an honest view the the going-ons without much bias.

i must say after watching this and reading Skinny Bitch, beef just might be completely erased from my diet. if you find yourself thinking im weird or getting mad, just think...more for you!
